Terms
What you are buying, what you may do with it, and who is on the other side of the transaction. Written to be read, not to be scrolled past.

Who you are dealing with
ONSET SUPPLY is the digital products line of S-1 Works Inc.. When you buy a deck, two things happen and it is worth knowing they are separate.
Lemon Squeezy takes the payment. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for every sale on this site. They process the card, charge any tax that applies, issue the invoice, host the file and send the receipt. Your payment contract, and the invoice with a company name on it, is with them.
S-1 Works Inc. grants the licence. The right to use and edit the deck comes from us, on the terms below.
What you are buying
A digital download. There is no physical product and nothing ships. Each deck is one zip file containing:
- the deck as an editable PowerPoint .pptx file
- the same deck as a PDF, with fonts embedded
- a one page start guide
- a licence file and a fonts file
Lemon Squeezy delivers it immediately after payment through a signed download link that expires. If yours expires before you have saved the file, write to us and we will send a new one.
Slide counts, formats and contents are stated on each deck’s page and are accurate to the file you receive. If what you get does not match what the page said, that is our error and you are entitled to a refund.
Your licence
One deck licence is held by one person or one company. It does not expire, every future update to that deck is included, and no attribution is required anywhere.
You may:
- edit, restyle, extend, cut and rebuild the deck however you want
- use it for your own business and for client work, paid or not, on as many projects as you like
- present it, print it, export it, publish it, and put it in front of investors, clients or the public
- replace the name, the colours, the type and the pictures, and present the result as your own material
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, sublicense or give away the files, edited or not
- sell or publish the deck as a template, theme or asset pack, on a marketplace or anywhere else
- share your download link or account access
- supply the design itself to other people as a product, service or subscription
In one sentence: sell the work you make with it, never the thing you make it with.
One company licence covers everyone inside that company. Studios and agencies can use a deck on any client project. If a client wants the editable template file itself rather than the work you made with it, they buy their own copy.
Fonts and imagery
No font files are included in any download. Each deck names its typeface and where to get it in the fonts file. The decks currently on sale are set in Poppins, which is free under the SIL Open Font License. Installing it is yours to do, and the PDF in every bundle has it embedded so the deck renders correctly whether you install it or not.
The photography inside a deck is generated imagery, produced and chosen by us, and it is licensed to you as part of that deck. It is not a stock library. Use the pictures inside your own decks and materials; do not pull them out and sell them as images.
Price, tax and refunds
Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is calculated and added by Lemon Squeezy at checkout where your country requires it, so the total you approve is the total you pay.
We refund within 14 days of purchase. The full policy, including how to ask and the few cases where we may decline, is on the refunds page.
The catalogue changes
Decks are added and withdrawn over time, and prices change. Anything you have already bought stays yours on the terms you bought it under, and stays available to you, including its updates, even if it is withdrawn from sale.
Using the site
Do not use this site for anything unlawful, do not attempt to break into it or interfere with it, and do not scrape it in bulk. Everything on the site that is not a product you have licensed, including the writing, the layout and the deck previews, belongs to S-1 Works Inc..
What we do not promise
The files are supplied as they are. We do not warrant that a deck will suit a particular purpose, win a particular room, or open identically in every version of every application. PowerPoint is the reference rendering; Keynote and Google Slides open the files and reflow some spacing.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with a deck or this site is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here removes the statutory rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are buying as a consumer somewhere else, you keep the protection of any mandatory law of the country you live in, and this clause does not take it away.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the version in effect on the day you bought is the one that governs your purchase. Changes are not applied backwards.
